Refund, Cancellation, & Rescheduling Policy

Our Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.  Partial refunds will be issued only for inclemete weather, Covid 19 Symptoms,  illness, or emergencies deemed suitable by the staff of Dollhouse of Glam Boutique.  There will not be a refund issued once our services have been rendered.

Our Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.  As a client of Dollhouse of Glam Boutique, we offer you the convenience to cancel two (2) appointments.  If you cancel a third time, you will be charged the full Glam Service fee and a refund will NOT be issued to you.

Our Reschedule Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.  As a client of Dollhouse of Glam Boutique, we offer you the convenience to reschedule two (2) times. If you reschedule a third time, you will be charged the full Glam Service fee and a refund will NOT be issued to you.

No Show, Late Arrival, & Product Refund Policy

No Show

All deposits are non-refundable.  A $50 fee will be assessed if you are a no - show to your Glam Session with Dollhouse of Glam Boutique.  You will be charged for the full Glam Service and a refund will NOT be issued to you.

​Late Arrival

All deposits are non-refundable.  Here at Dollhouse of Glam Boutique, we understand that things happen that cause clients to be a few minutes late.  That is why we offer our clients a fifteen (15) minute grace period for every Glam Session.  If you arrive after the grace period has expired, a $20 fee will be assessed.  If you arrive thirty (30) minutes after your Glam Session has started, your appointment will be cancelled and a refund will NOT be issued to you.

 

Product Refund

No refund will be issued on DHOG Cosmetics.  A store credit will be designated to the customer.  Exchanges will be at the discretion of Dollhouse of Glam Boutique Staff.
