Dollhouse of Glam Luxury Client Policy & Booking Guidelines Welcome to **Dollhouse of Glam**, where every client receives a luxury beauty experience curated with precision, professionalism, and high-glam artistry. To maintain the highest standard of service, please review our policies carefully before booking. Signature Glam Service All glam services include **brow grooming and luxury lash application** to complete your look. This particular glam service is designed to create a **soft, sophisticated eye using various shades of brown eyeshadow only.** This look focuses on depth, warmth, and timeless beauty. Please note: • **Additional colors cannot be added** to this specific glam service. • Clients requesting multi-color eye looks must book the appropriate glam service. Business Hours **Dollhouse of Glam is closed on Mondays. ** Clients requesting appointments on Mondays must select the **Monday Off-Peak Glam Service** when booking. Appointments scheduled on Mondays **without selecting the correct service will be canceled. ** Early Bird Glam Appointments For clients needing glam before standard business hours, we offer our **Early Bird Glam Special**. Early Bird hours: **5:00 AM – 8:30 AM** Appointments scheduled before normal business hours **must** be booked under the Early Bird Glam Service option. Specials & Promotions All promotional services and specials are valid only during normal business hours. If you require an appointment earlier than normal hours, please select the Early Bird Glam Service when booking. Payment & Deposit Policy To secure your appointment: • All deposits are required at the time of booking and are non-refundable. • Once services have been completed, all payments are final and non-refundable. Accepted payment options for glam services and specials: • Afterpay • Sezzle We do not accept Klarna or PayPal Pay-in-4 for glam services. Any appointment booked using these payment methods will be removed from the schedule. No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged a $50 no-show fee. Respecting appointment times allows us to provide every client with a luxury, uninterrupted beauty experience. Guest Policy To maintain a private and professional beauty environment, we kindly ask that clients arrive alone. No additional guests are permitted in the studio. 💖MONDAYS WE ARE CLOSED‼️ IF YOU WOULD LIKE SERVICES ON MONDAY’S PLEASE REFER BACK TO MONDAYS OFF PEAK GLAM SERVICE . 💖IF YOU CHOOSE TO BOOK ON A MONDAY AND DO NOT CHOOSE THE RIGHT GLAM SERVICE YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED. 💖IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR EARLY MORNING PLEASE REFER TO BOOK EARLY BIRD GLAM SPECIAL HOURS FROM 5am —8am 💖SPECIAL ARE RAN UNDER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.
